At NRL Shop, we want you to wear your team colors with pride; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all official NRL holographic tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
